We deliver one-to-one mental wellbeing support, education and workshops across topics regarding well-being, inclusion and safeguarding for the hospitality and retail industry.
Our mission is to increase employee satisfaction and psychological safety by supporting and educating across topics that encompass well-being from all angles, to create a healthier, happier and safer workplace experience and culture.
My Mental Health Workshop
Our essential foundation workshop for hospitality and retail teams. Participants explore the early signs of stress and mental ill-health, and the role of rest, self-awareness, and self-care in building long-term resilience.
Attendees leave with practical tools to manage pressure, support themselves and others, and feel more in control of their wellbeing — both at work and beyond.

We explore the difference between stress and burnout, what recovery looks like, and how to protect personal energy in a fast-paced environment.
The focus is on prevention, not perfection — giving people simple tools to sustain themselves long term.

Grief & Loss
Grief doesn’t stay at home — it comes to work, too. This session supports staff in understanding how loss can show up emotionally, physically, and in their behaviour.
We explore different types of grief (not just bereavement) and give teams permission to talk about it without awkwardness or shame.
It’s a gentle, supportive workshop that creates space for reflection, compassion, and connection.

Mental Health First Aid
Nominate members of your team to be MHFAiders. This will give them the tools to recognise those that may be experiencing poor mental health and provide them with first-level support. This course will improve their mental health literacy around language and stigma and enables the learner to gain confidence in supporting others with a Mental Health First Aid action plan.

Substance Misuse
This session opens up honest, stigma-free conversations about substance misuse and its impact at work and in life.
We explore the reasons people might turn to alcohol or drugs to cope, and what signs to look out for — in ourselves and others.
The focus is on awareness, compassion, and early intervention — not blame or shame.
Who it’s for:
Teams in high-pressure or high-drinking work cultures

1-2-1 Mental Wellbeing Support
Some people need a bit more space — and this service gives them exactly that. These one-to-one sessions offer private, compassionate support tailored to the individual.
Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just needs to talk things through, this gives them a safe place to be heard without judgement.
Sessions are led by experienced facilitators who understand the unique pressures of hospitality and retail work.
Who it’s for:
Staff who aren’t comfortable sharing in group settings
Individuals needing focused emotional support
Follow-up for anyone affected by workshop topics
What participants will get:
A confidential space to talk through what’s going on
Personalised tools for stress, anxiety, or mindset support
Space to feel seen, heard, and better equipped to cope
