Merly is an ex-hospitality professional who has worked previously as a chef for 10 years and has been working as a therapist for the past 5 years.
Merly’s approach uses person-centred therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Eye Movement desensitising and reprocessing (EMDR)
