Sessions are led by fully trained practitioners, carefully matched to your needs. Whether you’re navigating stress, managing life changes, or looking to build resilience, you’ll receive tailored support that meets you where you are.
Online sessions last 50 minutes and cost £70. Face-to-face sessions are £80, held at our practice in Islington, N1. All the information is 100% confidential and we never share this outside of the business.
