Our 12 Month Programme - Prevention rather than cure
Staff burnout, extended sick-days and high staff turnaround are expensive - (£1652 according to the Government Health & Safety Executive). We will work with your team on a long-term basis to ensure we reduce these figures by delivering effective on-site monthly training courses and weekly well-being content directly into staff inboxes.
Each month we will send a specialist trainer into your venue to deliver a 2.5hr course covering the following subjects:
My Mental Health - An introduction to mental health and well-being
Eat, sleep, move, repeat - The power of good nutrition, rest and exercise
Burnout Prevention - What is burnout and how to avoid it
Substance Misuse - Looks at recreational alcohol and drug consumption and the continuum between habitual use and addiction. We will look at ways that we can build our resilience to using substances and find better ways of coping.
Courageous spaces - A workshop around race and racism. Difficult conversations will lead to empathy, responsibility and understanding
